Delivery Options

We handle the logistics so you can enjoy your new furniture faster.

🚚 Standard Delivery

Our delivery team brings your furniture to your home, places it in the room of your choice, and removes all packaging. We'll call ahead to schedule a convenient delivery window. Standard delivery is available throughout the greater Indianapolis area.

⭐ White Glove Service

Our premium delivery option includes full assembly, precise placement, and removal of all packaging materials. Perfect for complex pieces like bedroom sets, entertainment centers, and dining collections. Our team treats your home with care — shoe covers and furniture pads are standard.

📦 In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up yourself? We'll have your items packaged and ready at our store. Just bring an appropriate vehicle and we'll help load. No delivery fee applies for pickup orders.

Delivery Details

Delivery Area

We deliver throughout the greater Indianapolis metropolitan area including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Greenwood, Lawrence, Avon, Brownsburg, and surrounding communities. For deliveries outside our standard zone, please contact us to discuss options and any additional fees.

Delivery Timeline

In-stock items are typically available for delivery within 3–7 business days. Custom orders and special-order pieces may require additional time. Your sales associate will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of purchase and keep you updated on any changes.

Delivery Day

  • We'll contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window
  • Our team will call 30 minutes before arrival
  • Someone 18+ must be present to accept delivery
  • Please clear a path from the entry to the room where furniture will be placed
  • Inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any issues immediately

Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at (317) 578-7770 or info@shopurbanstyles.com. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost. Take photos of any damage for our records.
