Can I see fabric and material samples in person?
Yes! Our showroom features a wide selection of furniture on display so you can see, touch, and test pieces before buying. We also have fabric swatches and material samples for many of our collections.
Delivery & Pickup
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by product and availability. Many in-stock items can be delivered within a few business days. Custom orders and special-order pieces may take longer. Our team will provide a specific estimated delivery date at the time of purchase.
Do you deliver outside of Indianapolis?
We primarily deliver to the greater Indianapolis area. For deliveries outside our standard zone, please contact us to discuss options and any additional fees that may apply.
Can I pick up my furniture instead of having it delivered?
Yes! In-store pickup is available for most items. When your order is ready, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. Please bring a vehicle appropriate for the size of your purchase.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging and delivering your furniture. If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at (317) 578-7770 or info@shopurbanstyles.com. We'll arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost.

Do you offer financing?
